Loft bedroom - 1 queen bed Private bedroom - 1 queen bed (if guests will not be able to sleep together in the 2 beds provided, it will not work, since we do not have sleeper sofas) When booking this cabin you are able to see the rental agreement before booking, signing the agreement is a just a formality Adults only The cabin sits on 5 heavily wooded acres, and has a steep gravel drive so 4 wheel drive is NEEDED if we could get snow, AWD is normally sufficient during the spring and summer, unless wanting to park at the bottom and walk up. NO PETS/ANIMALS, NO ATV's, NO Campers/Tents NO trailers Rental agreement must be signed at time of booking No Check in On Sat, Sun or Monday on major holiday weekends. Maximum stay is 7 nights Adults only. 4 person maximum. No visitors on property anytime. Please make sure when reserving you do not exceed the maximum guest count. If there are more than 4 guests you will be asked to leave with no refund given. MARTINWOODS CABINS in Hocking Hills Wifi is provided free of charge, however there are no refunds if it is not working, It is satellite internet and we are in the woods. We do not offer refunds for early departures, covid, weather or any other unexpected events such as power outages, family emergencies etc. This is a no pet facility, if you bring a pet, all guests will be asked to leave with no refund and the deposit will be forfeited Security cameras on drive and entrances for your protection and ours 4 WHEEL DRIVE IS NEEDED if any possibility of snow. Spring and Summer an All Wheel Drive will do fine as long as you are familiar with driving up a steep gravel drive Some holidays require 4-night min.
